When can the trip take place?

Travel dates are flexible and will be determined in consultation with the winner, except for high season months (July, August) and the Christmas period (December, January). You have ample time to choose a period that suits you, within an agreed period (e.g. within 12 months after the draw).

Do I have to pay anything extra?

No, only the travel package as mentioned above under 'What is included?' will be fully reimbursed by the organization. Any additional personal expenses (such as travel insurance, transportation to and from airport/hotel, lunch, dinner or optional excursions, tourist taxes and surcharges, etc.) are for your own account.

What if I cannot travel or do not have a passport/visa?

The winner must be in possession of valid travel documents (e.g. ID card or passport and/or any travel visa). Please ensure that your travel documents meet the requirements set by the local authorities and/or the airlines.

What happens if I have to cancel my trip?

Once the trip has been booked, any cancellations or changes are the responsibility of the winner. We recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance. In the event of cancellation, we can assist with cancelling or rebooking the trip, but any additional costs incurred as a result will be borne by the winner.

How do I get a chance to win this prize?

By buying one or more tickets via our website or during the event. The more tickets you buy, the bigger your chance of winning the main prize!
